By buying a ticket you agree to the essentials: minimum age 21 with valid photo ID, one ticket per person, e-tickets are personal but name changes are free until doors open.

Lineups and set times may change for reasons beyond our control — artists, stages and schedules are never guaranteed, and timetable changes do not qualify for refunds. In extreme weather the festival may pause or evacuate stages for safety.

Tickets bought from unofficial resellers may be refused at the gate. Commercial photography, recording for broadcast, and drone flight require written press accreditation.
