refunds

Plans change — ours is simple: full refunds until 30 days before the festival, 50% refunds until 7 days before doors. Inside the final week tickets are non-refundable but name changes stay free until gates open.

If the festival is cancelled outright, every order is refunded in full automatically to the original payment method. If a day is cancelled but the festival continues, affected ticket holders receive a proportional refund.
